Once the house was listed, Nancy closely monitored and shared activities on the house, including daily search results to track market interest on the property, and timely showing feedback, where she followed up multiple times to obtain prospective buyer/agent feedback after each showing. Of course, Nancy was always very patient explaining her thoughts and recommendations. While in escrow, the house inspection uncovered unexpected problems with the house. I was out of town during the inspection contingency period, but Nancy was able to get an estimate for the repair and effectively negotiated with the buyers to keep the contract going and close on time.
