While the house had fairly active interests, the house was not sold. Then, I contracted with Nancy in February, and we received an offer within 9 days and the house closed on time in 30 days. Of course, Nancy was always very patient explaining her thoughts and recommendations. While in escrow, the house inspection uncovered unexpected problems with the house.
